Description So, this is it. Our hero got so bored of itself that it decided to go on land.
I know it looks kinda crappy, but I'm not really a "background person".

Oh, and the last panel shows his gills are disappearing when he steps out of the water. Yeah. he had gils the whole time.
I just wanted to make it clear.

You drew a background. Thus you are a background person.

Yeah, but I really hate drawing background,
and I'm never satisfied with that.

What I need is some lacky to draw my backgrounds for me, but for this I need my comic to be famouse first-_-

The more backgrounds you draw, the better you'll get at it. Just try not to weasel out of it with your choice of frame. Besides, I think your backgrounds are fine.

"choice of frame"?
Most of my frames are squares (very rearly I use other shapes as a frame).
I know my backgrounds aren't horrible (especially when you compere them to comics where the artists just use gradient colors as background. That is so cheap!), but it could only get better from here.
I mean, I draw this at 2010, for god's sake!

The size and placement of the frame is more of an issue of composition and flow. By choice of frame I mean what's shown inside the panel. An artist that's afraid of backgrounds will avoid showing the landscape after the initial establishing shot. Scott McCloud's book "Making Comics" has a pretty good treatment of these concepts.

I'd like to see some of the comics you've done during 2011, could you put up a link?

Actually- the second and third chapters of this comics were made in 2011.

Chapter one is the shortest, it has 67 pages. As soon as I'm done uploading the pages for this chapter, I will start uploading comic pages from the following chapters that were made in 2011.

I do, however, made a short comic a few days ago.
it has nothing to do with "Element-Beat", but here's the link to it if you want to check it out-[link]

I'm working on it.
btw, the next chapter has about 76 pages, and the third one is 86 pages long.
God... at this rate I'll die of old age before I'm done with this comics...
