Let me try to break this down...*cracks knuckles*
Duke's art style is like Hades.
Duke's mannerisms are so like Dr. Facilier.
Now the hard part...
He seems to get some looks from Jafar as well as maybe getting fashion tips from Ratigan, but...Ratigan is where Duke gets his elegant grace while Jafar is where he clearly get the cane.

All four are favorite Disney villains of mine, but Hades and Facilier are second and first favorites among them respectively. Β (In addition, all of them are from movies headed by Jon Clement and Ron Musker, Facilier being the most recent addition.) Β Now that I think about it, Duke has the gangly and thin figure (and some of the wardrobe, specifically the top hat) of Facilier, the smarmy "used-car salesman of the dead" charm of Hades, the lust for power of Jafar (in addition to looking great in a cape, with a staff as his spell casting weapon of choice), and the capacity for class, sass, and scary, vindictive wrath of Ratigan (RIP Vincent Price).
The present company, Duke included, make being evil look soooooooo good, fun even.

Duke really seems like the kinda guy who would call some of the greatest Villains plus the voodoo guy ladies. Omg i just realized that volitare is in the background.

Did you know that Vincent Price almost was the english narrator for Disneyland Paris's version of the Haunted Mansion? Now that made the ride even scarier, especially since that ride you actually go down into hell instead of a simple graveyard.

I really do like this pic. I'm a big fan of classic Disney villains. The only one I'm surprised isn't here is Scar. Out of all the famous Disney villains, he's the one who came the closest to winning. Heck, I think he's one of the few if not the only one who outright kills a main good character on screen no less. Plus, you can't beat "Be Prepared." XD
