Gorgeous dress, but I don't think Missi should wear it for the showdown.  I can see it getting torn to shreds while she's dancing, which is terrible because I love "femme fatale", "dressed to kill" style dresses.

I love the description you gave for your inspiration.  I am a member of "Team Suit" for Missi's outfit, but I also love the idea of taking off an outer layer to reveal a second outfit beneath it.  No more forcing patriarchal standards of feminine beauty on her anymore, Duke.

Me too.  I don't like "bells and whistles" when it comes to dress accessories or decoration.  I prefer dresses that make the wearer look confident, sexy and powerful, regardless of what their body type is.  My number one outfit for Missi for the Vampair Vogue contest is definitely of a "femme fatale" style, and the bottom is fully removable to reveal practical (leather) pants and corset top beneath it.

I've noticed a lot of spider/spider web theming for Missi's outfits for the contest.  I am thinking of this outfit from CNeko-chan : 
They say in the details for the concept that the skirt is fully removable.  I am a fan of (literally) casting off enforced standards of femininity for Missi during the showdown (Death to the patriarchal standards forced on her by Duke with that dress from "The Night"!), hence why I say I am a member of "Team Suit" designs.  Here is the outfit going on beneath the dress:

I'm hoping that we get more lovely ladies for the Cirque de Ziac in the future; Aries and her "suits" kind of got "played" by Duke in that 'All Men are Pigs' illustration from last February, even if Aries seemed in the know about it.  Something tells me she would take her goat's hooves to Duke's crotch if he tried anything that can be construed as 'propositioning with the intent to rape' with Club though.

Hard to tell what gender Scorpio is, considering the top and the necklace they wear, not to mention the fact that their face is obscured by the semblance of a face (I suspect they are pure insect beneath it.)  Capricorn is the only other lady in the Cirque at this point in time.  Missi doesn't count, despite being featured in many crossover pics between the Cirque and the Vampair series.  She is the leading lady of Vampair, always was.

Both of the designs are gorgeous.  If they don't make it into Missi's closet for future events, I will be quite surprised.  The dresses are well designed and make Missi look sophisticated while not making her look too old (She's only 17/18 after all.)

Someone was inspired by Voltaire's "Day of the Dead" album cover.  I'm not complaining.  This would be a great concept for Duke's outfit for the showdown.

The 2nd and 4th dresses would be lovely additions to Missi's wardrobe.  The bat wings theme is taken a bit too far with the first one; I fear the over dress getting in the way when Missi is dancing.  The 3rd dress reminds me of Goth Lolita fashion, princess edition; we already had that to some degree with Duke's initial dress for Missi, so I am more a fan of designs with modern silhouettes, and jewelry/hair accessories that are fashionable but not intrusive (if they are included in the design).

Hmm... it looks rather like something you would see Disneyland performers wearing for a Spring Time parade.   Sadly, I can't imagine either of these outfits at the showdown.
