Yes. They confirmed that he will be showing up either in the later part of the second season or the third at this year's Botcon. The clip they revealed only had a still shot, but Starscream is introducing him to the Autobots, so makes me wonder what they plan on doing with him.
I'm hoping for the Starscream-Shockwave-Knock Out trifecta myself.
