Really easy once you get the hang of it. The thing is, it's like everything, it's only really easy if you're already very used to the movements etc from drawing normally, but either way, it should come relatively fast with training. 
I find SAI a lot more user friendly than other programs.

and umm yeah DA does shrink things but you can go into the pic and edit it to the size you would like.. like umm 1240 (or something like that) i pick that size, since it's a common screen size ^^ Maybe you can try that first before photoshop ^^

hehe thanks again ^^ and yeah, i know what you mean about the not losing focus thing XDD actually it's easier to draw crowds when there is a strong focus XDD then you can just doodle the background ppl XDD (like those ball headed guys in the corner with no faces) XDD hahah I think mangka use that kind of technique as a cheat though when they are running out of time with their deadlines.. but maybe not?? who knows XDD
