My opinion is that Vader tries to choke Al, Al is all "O____O Excuse me, what are you doing?",
Vader is like "TRYING TO ELIMINATE YOU!! รฒ_รณ"
Al: "Why?"
Vader looks puzzled and so confused and starts to cry. Al goes over and tries to cheer him up. Eventually their both having a cup of tea and have a small talk about how hard it is to keep those armors shiny and clean all the time.
... *MUAHAHAHAHAH*

Vader: Well... that was unexpected...
Ed: THAT'S NOT OUR DAD, YOU DOPE!
Al: But he looks just like me!

I think Darth Vader will try to convince him to come to the Dark side by saying he can fix his and Ed's bodies...and Al will join and teach Darth Vader how to do Alchemy, then Darth Vader will be Unstoppable!!!
