Well I'm finally getting around to uploading this and I have to say, it's one of my personal favs ^^ This was a birthday pic of Sailor Neptune for Since that is her favorite Sailor Scout She wanted me to draw somethin I wasn't really good at (( in this case girls >>" )) So I decided to draw Sailor Neptune

Now about the pic, first off it was that came up with the idea to make the background Yellow To be honest I didn't think that it would be that great of a color and was thinking about using more greens ^^" But in the end I'm glad that I took her advice X3 The Yellow works REALLY well with the water in this picture The water in this pic was really fun and hard to do I really enjoyed it ^^ At first it looked liked clouds >>" but once again was able to help me with that ^^ As for how I colored the water that was thankx to my younger sister It was REALLY hard to color it since I'm not really use to drawing then coloring it without the lines As for the music notes, I wanted to somehow show that Sailor Neptune had a strong love for music. After I decided to use yellows I thought of the music notes to be similar to the background that is often in the transformation process :3

It took me about a week or two but I was slowly working on it (( All time put together about 3-4ish days )) Was pend with some awesome pen and colored with Prismacolor pencils and drawn with a 0.5 pencil ^^

In the end I am REALLY happy with how it all tuned out ;3
