A commission by for a comic where Chibiusa is trying to drive, but the car is tied to something that makes it not move, and she gets angry and stomps on the gas pedal! i hope he likes it! lol im not sure why anyone would tie her car up, maybe because shes not a very focused driver? lol i have no idea!Related content
