Even in the afterlife, Deidara is tormented by Tobi.Oh Konan... XD She is so awesome. Why she was elected to tell Deidara, I don't know. Deidara wouldn't blow up such a powerful kunochi? XD
Deidara just can't comprehend why someone would stick him with someone like Tobi/Madara to suffer.
Yea, I know that this isn't exactly correct, cuz when Dei was revived he didn't know still and stuff...

Once there was a little girl called Clarissa, she was ten-years-old and she lived in a mental
hospital, because she killed her mom and her dad. She got so bad she went to kill all the
staff in the hospital so the More-government decided that best idea was to get rid of her so
