This is probably one of most favorite pictures I've made... I have been working on this a long time, just because of the water and light and stuff... plus I felt like making this one special, cuz I love the sea. love, love love it, and Ive only been there twice.Anyways, experimented with changing the color of the lineart and coloring hair... plus had a wonderful crash course of how to color ruffles. that may have taken the longest XD lots of research...Now y'all know why I havent posted anything in like two weeks XD
Anyways, I love Chibiusa, as always... expect more of her...
