I really like Chara and Asriel interactions! I wish we could have seen more of it, before they decided to go with the plan. Also, to me, Chara has a great sense of humor!
I wasn't sure if both of the kids had heart lockets or only Chara had one, but it made more sense if they both had one, since it says best friends forever on the inside it and could have acted like a friendship bracelet (but a locket instead of a bracelet).Β

Psst. SaveLoadReset on tumblr gave theory that Chara's not evil unless the player corrupts them. Their sense of humor and care about their monster family kept being hinted as flavor text. Where else would Frisk know a joke about a kid slepping in SOIL or calling Butterscotch Pie ButtsPie.

oh I really like that theory! I love the part where its says the flavor text is actually Chara "speaking", specially on the pacifist run 'cause there are such great jokes and puns. And it actually makes sense, since there are jokes and informations about some specific monsters that frisk really couldnt have known on their first encounter with them.
Also i love the buttspie joke and the spider donut one ahaha

And more importantly, after finding out you'd have to kill Asgore to leave, all the save points get silent as you go... According to SLR, despite Chara having some characteristics similar to Toriel, they're more attached to Asgore...

Sorry, but I can't deny the possible heartache and shock Chara had experienced. I saw a comic where Chara refuses to let Frisk or Asgore fight eachother...

That must have been a really bad moment for Chara, specially if you do kill Asgore at the end of the game (or let Flowey kill him). I wonder if Chara follows Frisk to the human world, but keeps silent because they are grieving the loss of their father.Β
