I have yet to finish this playthrough but I'm gonna have him go for an independent New Vegas-- out of all the factions he dislikes the legion the most because, well, slavery. He left Benny with the legion instead of killing him on the spot bc he didn't want to have to do any of Caesar's dirty work first
That and he sort of looks to Arcade for most of the decisions he makes because he sees him as a guru of smartness and knowledge

Nice. When/if i get the game, not sure what i'll do. More then likely an NCR victory myself since I just feel like they're the best hope for getting an actual government together. And Ceaser can go die in a fire XD
