Lewis Caroll wrote the books, his descendants still retain it.

I'm not sure about that. The copyright rights last for the lifetime of the artist + 70 years (and that is just recently the act). So I don't know the actual rules, but I think Disney bought the rights and so you should list Disney. I also think that the looks of Alice and the Mad Hatter are real Disney work.
But then again, I don't know the whole thing.
