"We have to go back and find her."

The massive shiny Floatzel allowed a grim snarl to play at his lips as he glanced back at a Gliscor, who was practically pleading with him to stay.

Both pokemon were lost in the midst of a massive forest, choked with mounds of snow. Even now, more snow began to fall down, further hindering the path. Their young trainer was lost herself somewhere, miles and miles away, and was probably hurt and freezing.

The Floatzel rolled his eyes and turned away, snarling viciously, "If our trainer had cared for us, she wouldn't have let us get left behind like this." That caused the Gliscor to jerk, and roar, enraged, "You know as good as I that this wasn't her fault! That avalanche was unescapable, and only you and I slid past because you managed somehow to find cover amongst the trees and I flew above." The Gliscor gritted his fangs, "I saw everything. Ampharos and Typhlosion may be the only pokemon with her now, and I don't know where Weavile and Dragonair got scattered to."

The Floatzel ignored the pokemon blatantly, his two tails lashing with indignation. The Floatzel had been obtained early in the trainer's journey through a trade from a good friend. Even though he grew quickly and had become very strong in no time, he had troubles listening to his new trainer a lot. However, Gliscor knew that deep down, Floatzel loved the girl and wanted to find her to. He just had his pride hurt because they had managed to get hopelessly lost.

Gliscor continued to stare holes into the Floatzel's back, and it muttered, "Look...I know I'm not as strong as you yet, and you don't like me much, but we have to work together to find her. You may not care, but she raised me from an egg, and I love her, and I can't let anything happen that I would regret."

A long pause ensued as the snow began to fall a bit harder. The Floatzel didn't answer as the two pokemon stood in the center of a white forest, lost to the world, and desperate to find a way out.

I can't help adding stories to pictures I worked super hard on/really like <33

Pokemon fanart baah~ I've been sucked into Pokemon a lot lately due to playing SS 83 The Floatzel and Gliscor (and all pokemon mentioned) are actually all the pokemon I'm currently raising. Floatzel, Fraley, was traded to me by a friend ^^ And I raised my Gliscor, Nightmare, from an egg. And yes, Fraley is a shiny

I tried to work a bit harder on the background to make everything blend better, but somehow I keep feeling like something's totally missing ;D; Not sure what. I also tried to duplicate the pokemon anime style ^^
