Power Rangers Super Megaforce started it by adapting pre-Zyu rangers and Dairangers into Power Rangers.
The Supersonic Rangers team (based on Chikyu Sentai Fiveman) whose forms were introduced in Power Rangers Super Megaforce had their own comics special called "Psychotic" found in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Year Two Deluxe Edition and the recently released Power Rangers: The Psycho Path graphic novel featuring the Psychotic one-off.
