While Noah's out doing exams, The Observer decides to play dress-up.So I'm looking through 's beautiful gallery, and suddenly I really want to draw The Observer doing something silly.
This is pretty much a response to this picture [link] (in the top left corner, where Noah is wearing The Observer's glasses and making fun of him). REVENGE >8D .

Lol, the silhoutte-way I drew him defies logic... Since his clothes should technically also be in shadows xD (I was just lazy)... He looks adorable when you draw him without making him all shadow-y.
