To Akane, Roselle would be a much treasured friend amidst an era of chaos. Akane can rely upon Roselle for council due to her calm demeanor and insight, as well as a good training buddy as they both use similar weapons.
Here, Roselle is showing Akane the fundamentals of stances in martial arts. Though Akane's already got Mooneye and Phantom as teachers, Roselle would go more into the more technical aspects of fighting and overall explain things better. Also, as both are young women, Akane can talk to Roselle about things she wouldn't be able to with the others.
As for Roselle, perhaps Akane's occasional visits means a break from her own training and pleasant afternoons of tea and conversation. Akane's also got a fire in her personality that brings some excitement as well.
