I believe they are on Pixiv and don't have a deviantART account. You see their works a lot online so a lot of people do take them. I wanted to believe this was their new dA account however the art style changes so much that it couldn't possibly be them.
I did a reverse image search but came up with nothing so the original was probably deleted. Maybe you will have more luck?
