super old. now i know why i never uploaded this. it never looks the way i want to. and anatomy. ghgffmng
But, this was an old piece that was inspired by one of my absolute favourite anime when i was very young. this was supposed to be a comic, but, my drawing skills aren't on that level yet, so i was going to wait!

i thought of this scene as a "what if certain people were trapped and had to wait while someone is injured because of training" and voila. in addition, i remember watching episodes years ago when Kyouya would be in the mountains or the like training, and -- correct me if i'm wrong -- there was one instance where there were wolves. i was concerned as to how he survived that. haha! ah, but since Kyouya is centered around lions and the like, i headcanoned that certain individuals have "scents" to him. originally he told Chione he hated her scent. just something random.

this is one of the calmer pictures i have of these two. trust me, their relationship is not calm by any means, and both are incredibly hard to have on a more civil-level. their personalities clash a lot. however, it's always interesting to see how they tolerate one another.
