just did some fast sketching last night and my boyfriend decided to get in on the fun! i know he's a good artist just by looking at his stick figures! but that's all he'll draw for me right now...i've never seen his other drawings yet..i'm hoping he'll start drawing and posting his pictures and photographs on DA one day! we had a good laugh doing this!
the other characters are ones created by my very beautiful and talented cousin she's the one who got me into drawing anime style from the very beginning and she's been my biggest inspiration since!
i usually dont dedicate sketches to people because i like to dedicate things that i put a lot of time and effort in, but i'm going to make an exception in this case ;D this is dedicated to as they are my rendition of her wonderful characters - kiki, kei, jei, and kuma
i had so much fun doing this aikochan! it's a big honor for me to get an art request from you! i hope i did your characters justice...this is also dedicated to since my boyfriend is one of her best friends
they met long before i came along and they're two of a kind - it's uncanny how alike they are - they're like the same person, just different genders! i love them both very much and have extreme amounts of fun and laughs whenever i'm with both of them! i thought you'd get a kick out of mitchell's doodles minami! dont worry! this wont be your actual dedication piccys! you will each get your own - one that i'll spend lots of time on and it will be inked and colored!
i'm sorry i've been MIA here lately, but i want to wish you all a wonderful friday!
and i'll try to write back to all of you as soon as i get a chance today or this weekend!

Impressive as always. I love sketches but these are almost lineart they're so clean. Even though these are your cousin's characters, I prefer seeing them in your your style. Great work again : ) Oh, and your BF's sketches are classic : )

One little tip...! Next time you scan in something, make sure you up the contrast in your image program. It will make lines more defined.
It would be a shame for an artwork so beautiful to be obscured!!

Yes! I find my drawings are far better on the actual paper, than when it is scanned in! I can't fix the colours at all, so people here look at something different from what I've just drawn. I suppose this happens to you??!!

oh yes! i like how things look before they are scanned! when they're scanned it comes out a lot different and i can see more unsightly errors...especially in the coloring...
wow! if your work looks so great scanned i cant imagine what the original must look like!

I hate being cocky...but I'm so proud of the "Jun Ariyoshi -2-" drawing, it looks great on the paper...but when I scanned it in, the colours became so bright, and the shadow tones were irrepairable

work's been alright - just been busy getting ready for the new manager ;D i'm going to miss my current manager a lot...outside of work has been great! family is doing well and mom is doing a lot better! i think mitchell and i are going to cook for them tonight! i also have a bunch of fishing piccys i need to upload - i can show you the fish mitchell and i caught! i got a preety one!!!
