Title Fail //shot (Please, if you have a better one say so! xD )Anyway, this is a 1 layer paint I did of Lugia (duh). I had fun with it, and heavily referenced from a screenshot, but didn't like, take color directly off or anything. I also changed his direction/background.
The first is when he's falling with smoke around him. I don't have the link right now D:

This scene is the most epic thing in the world. I remember being like "OHSHII-" and then when he flew up like a bauss in the water tornado my mind was totally blown. XD
I like the softness of the painting, it's very underwatery. : )

I think I like this one better than v2 tbh... The other one is too grayscale.

Then we picked the right one to be outta' scraps <3
I liked the other one for being darker...but yeah, it didn't have the same feeling as classic Lugia colors so scraped

The other one has a darker background, yeah, but Lugia itself is a lot brighter because of the grayscale effect making it white-blueish color completely white.It seemed kind of weird because he's under water and everything...
I suppose that's why I like this one better
