[Big Hero 6] Fanart: Go Go Tomago[Tablet Model] Wacom Bamboo Create
[Program(s)] Adobe Photoshop Elements 9, Autodesk Sketchbook Express
[Time] 8 hours
Tried out a new style, and I tried a background. I must say, I'm kinda impressed with myself.
I did pretty much everything in Photoshop, but my Photoshop model doesn't have a readily available feature to make straight lines
so I had to make the red lines in Sketchbook. I borrowed the logo straight from Google and tampered with the colors to match the red I have in the picture. And that's my cute little sig in the corner

Perspective is really hard, anyways. I'm not sure how exactly I got this to look right. I had to move a lot of things around, and used all my brain power

The thing about Gogo is that she looked like Rapunzel with a color change in the brief scene I've seen of her in trailers and stuff.

Actually, I think they used Rapunzel's model for the other girl, Honey Lemon. To me, Go Go looks like Anna/Elsa's model. Regardless, I see what you mean - Disney's getting kinda lazy. It also looks like they've re-used Kristoff's model for two male characters in Big Hero 6. They're just doing a really good job of recoloring these models so that kids will probably be fooled.
While I'm disappointed they're taking this direction with their animation, I do really like what they did with Go Go's design! I just hope they don't continue to do this with the models

Just saw the movie. Gogo was pretty fun. And Honey Lemon quite exhilarating. Even so their parts were so small in this movie. Relatively, I mean.
