Ears continue to be the bane of my existance, but otherwise I think Norbert (charming name, don't you think?) is coming along quite well.Please tell me what you think of the body placement/proportionality/size/shape - the giant mass of gray and tan and white behind Norbert's head just doesn't look RIGHT to me.

it's beautiful!
i think the thing with the head though is that the top (forhead if you will) is a tad long. his eyes also seem kinda close together (but maybe that's the fault of the forhead... :T)

The one thing that bugs me is the body; the neck angle seems really odd. It might look better on the other side.
