Description
Heya guys!I think I finally found a good balance between nice design and complexity! I liked the past designs okay and everything but they were such a pain to draw, this one's a lot simpler and nicer to look at, so I think I'm gonna stick with this for a while!
Will be giving her a fancy new TH profile which will contain all her info, including wardrobe and references! Stay tuned, and give her a favorite if you'd like!

I've been thinking it over and realistically I don't think I can leave DA, no matter how crappy the UI gets this community will forever be a unique and awesome one close to my heart and I don't have the guts to pick up and move elsewhere. I'm really bummed that all my coding's just gonna go poof, I worked hard on it and I like it a lot. ):
I may steadily try to get set up on Tumblr but no promises on that d:
Have a lovely day!

ββWow, nice ref!Β Your fursona is awesome!
ββBit of a personal question; no pressure to answer.Β Do you hold dual citizenship?Β I see you have the vexillary icons of both the US and Canada on your ref.

Not yet! The closest I've gotten so far was New York, but I'd like to some day, I hear it's a gorgeous city!Β

ββWell, maybe one day. :)Β Personally, I've seen a bit of eastern North America but nowhere near as extensive as my exploration of the western side of the continent.

Bfdgdfgfbf GOD I can dream, one of my goals is to eventually engineer a pair of articulate wings to wear on my hands! Almost got there on Halloween but ran out of timeΒ Β
It's totally possible, I've seen costumes modelled after golems and such with huge mechanical hands! Just gotta figure out how to actually do itΒ Β or hire someone cause I'm lazy

OOOoh, a hoary bat! My mom's friend found one of those on her flowerpot one morning (she lives up in the panhandle, by the way)!

That's awesome!! I really hope to encounter one some day, I've only ever handled Myotis species and the odd big brown. I hear their fur is really really soft!

So what bats have you seen up were you live?

On Vancouver Island there are around nine species: four Myotis, big browns, hoary bats, eastern reds, Townsend's big-eared, and silver-haired, but we suspect Mexican free-tailed bats are arriving so I'm super excited for that!
I've only ever seen little browns/yumas, big browns and long-legged myotis up close, but there are several tree bats (hoary, eastern red and silver-haired) along my road and in my backyard! I live in the middle of a forest so there's plenty of various species around. : D

Ooooh, that's cool! Where I live, it's all about the Mexican Free-Tails! Now don't get me wrong, we've got Pallid Bats, Hoary Bats, Red Bats, Yellow Bats, Big and Little Brown Bats, Spotted Bats and more (in fact, in the cities alone, we've got Big Brown Bats and Red bats), but in terms of sheer numbers it's Free-Tails all the way!

That's fantastic! So jealous of your spotteds and pallids, especially, both are such handsome speciesΒ Β Β I think we might have spotted bats on the mainland, but perhaps that's just wishful thinking

Mind you, the spotted bats are only out in the far west part of the state while pallid bats are up in the panhandle. If we're talking about the entire state then it's mostly free-tails, bir brown and red and hoary bats.
