This waxwork doll look - it's a garish lampoon of glamor, you know? But as I said in another comment, there's real beauty beneath that can't quite be sublimated. And as other commenters have noted, the way you brought the suggestion of your very womanly boobs into the frame juxtaposes against your natural innocence... so it's like a study in contrasts, of divergent forces pulling against each other...
