Description
I'm not very familiar with using OpenCanvas, so did a test piece, and this came about - first with the lineart, then the colouring. I love the paint tool.. it moves so smoothly! But then I couldn't figure out how to crop images in there so I had to change to Photoshop to do it x__xShe looks rather bewildered at being coloured so horribly, doesn't she? Hehe.

Aw!! she look's really cute! So good to be you're first artwork with opencanvas... When I started using it, I couldn't make shadows or lights at all now I'm getting use to it >_< I think it's better to use Multiply and Addition layers instead of the burn tool... try it^^

Yes, I used Multiply to make the shading stand out more. I didn't know where was the burn tool at all XD It's a pretty different program from Photoshop, yet it's really nice to use.

Hahaha, I'm glad she looks that way.. I was thinking she looks kind of disappointed.. since she's missing a body and background. Hopefully I can get around to doing those for her

Oh she's beautiful. Her expression is cute too. You did a really really good job on the shading for her hair. I love her little bow too. n_n

Thanks I'm not that great at colouring too, actually.. still figuring how lighting and shadows work! Trying out skin and hair colours now, but if I were to be colouring clothes.. ack!
