lol I thought it was the Master from Doctor Who the Movie with the 8th Doctor, Paul McGann.
That's cool, I didn't know Doctor Who had an animated series (besides the episode Dreamland)

There is another one with 10th and Martha Jones And Shriek of Shalka has interesting ideas with some things [especially with Master ].

10 and Martha- pretty sure that's called Dreamland.  Never seen that nor the Shriek/Scream of the Shalka

Просто первое, что в голову пришло... *смущённо пожимает плечами* А второе - сцена из серии "Шумный город": Роза пытается выговорить "Раксакорикофаллапаториус", а Доктор закатывает глаза с разочарованным видом.
