Soooo... I kind of owe everyone an apology and an explanation for disappearing for half a year.
Starting the year off, I was hoping I'd put in the energy to draw more and put out more work than I usually do. But I got hardcore sidetracked and it kind of spiraled into just... dropping off the site.
- I got a game back in February... and I ended up hating it, but being so assmad over how bullshit it was that I was determined to beat it. That took four months.
- After I FINALLY beat it, I vowed I wasn't putting up anything else on my gallery except for this latest page. Which... took a while. Lots of background details, or at least more than I'm used to.
- Some minor real life stuff, mostly thankfully nothing too drastic though the big one that happened was a neighbor's dog whom I used to babysit a lot had to be put down due to health issues. Wasn't my dog but I put a pretty big amount of love and care into her, so it definitely hurt.
- Revisions to this page, because the finished product I was going to upload looked like hot shit, and my total champ of a friend gave me a LOT of feedback to make this page look better. So if you like how this page looks, thank her instead!

I really do apologize for going radio-silent, I've been seeing a bunch of really cool art from peeps but felt like it'd be too weird if I just dipped in and out while I didn't have anything to show for it. I promise not to be too weird from now on. And this time I'm REALLY gonna try and actually push out some more pieces. And I really have to knuckle down on developing my eye for detail and effort because like I mentioned, this page originally looked pretty shitty because I was overlooking a LOT of details that could be developed or added. So hopefully that will be something I can start to grow consistently.

But let's focus on this latest page:
This is a bit of paraphrased information on what Eggman's discovered about the cluster. The top right bubble with the computer moniters may LOOK like rubbish... and most of it is. But that middle monitor is actually important; the cluster meteoroid blips into the survey-able space that Eggman can trace it to. So what we know so far is that it blipped in from another dimension. Those dots? They're other planets. Just a thought to keep in mind. And the next page is gonna be a page I've been wanting to work on for a long time: The other half of Eggman's experiments with the Phantom Rubies.
Also, just as a heads up: I actually JUST got to play Sonic Frontiers recently. I didn't realize how similar some of The End's origins were to the function of the Phantom Rubies I planned for this comic. So if you're seeing any parallels, they were NOT taken from Frontiers.
