sometimes you work on a piece long enough and then you start to not like it anymore... and then it sits there... vexing you because it's STILL THERE... and then eventually you take it and realize it's not getting finished until you finish it. That's basically what happened here.

I have come back to this and have been working the details, smoothing off edges, and working out how to make the horns actually look aged, instead as though the look like they're made out of clay or something silly like that.
