I felt bad about dallying so long on it only to remember how poorly my coloring came out on this - which is why I made a newer one just now. I hope you like it, just sorry it took so long!

It's a cropped in image of Psycho Mantis from Metal Gear Solid ^_^. I did a drawing a while back with him and a bunch of other characters/references in it a year or so ago I think.
