This is really impressive man. I mean, not until my second viewing did I even realize that they were the same environments. Then, I realized you used essentially the same color scheme for both!! o_o really cool!
pardon my enthusiasm. I just started really studying color

Haha that's funny and don't worry I had that same enthusiasm when I started understanding color! You'll see when you'll finish your studying that playing with colors is a world of fun!

The exact same scene with different coloring can make a huge difference. I noticed this when Deadly Premonition: Director's Cut screenshots were shown off. The remake was promised to have overhauled graphics - the only thing overhauled was colors and lighting, but what a surprisingly big difference it made in making the game look more beautiful.

Good job on this! Each background gives a different feel, the top one being (for me) a feeling of being mystified or fascinated. The bottom one just seems extremely cheery and happy

Oh, Itten...your book is so fucking confusing...
Great work though. Reminds me of Gloria Von Gouton's stage from Psychnonauts. This kind of maddening cartoony theater. Though I guess there really isn't very much madness and I'm just projecting.

Nice! The second color scheme seems reminiscent of the candy racing game from Wreck-It Ralph.
