It looks like you redisgned Spike Spiegel from cowboy Bebop.
Suddenly the hair on Spike doesn't look so proposterous, when you give him those exagerated features, exagerated hair is feasible. Anime however... and don't get me wrong, I love the Bebop, the hair was a bit much.

Hahahaha!Oh man this is such a big coincidence. I've seen this anime a long time ago when I was a kid (I think...)But I when I created Bob this hair style came out of some little quick ugly sketches. It's so funny!But Thanks dude, I'm gonna make sure that he won't have a personnality that looks close has Spike Spiegel.

Ok... but Spike is kinda cool, though he is a bit too arrogant sometimes.
I wonder if Anime charecters are just meant to have hair that looks like thier personality... Spike = Big and bushy and I don't care... in yo face!
So like if the guy you drew is different would the hair be slightly misleading? Hmm fun!
