Devonshire is my favorite of the PMDE guild leaders and probably my favorite NPC period. So it was only fair I did some fanart.
Rowanhardt is going to have his tiny paws full with keeping Sundance away from Devonshire. The last thing he needs is some hyper rookie constantly asking him for more work.
Devonshire belongs to purplekecleon. Pokemon is a trademark of nintendo, yadda yadda.

Yep, Devonshire is really a standout for me. But I also like Gunpowder, and Rhodes, and Dmitri (most of the rogues, admittedly). But whenever he shows up in the comics I get a little excited to see what wonderful creepy face he'll pull next.
