How would you know the size when its a stand alone pokemon :/ if you had something to compare it to that would be one thing but I assume it's an average size.

More accurately I'd say she's 'tall' rather than 'big' due to her elongated body, yes,Β but I wouldn't say her eyes are 'weird'. Pancham's regular design has it with wide open eyes with a rounded shape. Kara here has rounded eyes but in this picture she's got her eyes halflidded. They'd still be round if she chose to open them wide (as she does in the prologue once or twice)
