Description
THRILLER NIGHT!Right, so this is almost a month late for Halloween, but I couldn't get my lazy rear in gear in time to finish it until fairly recently. Apologies in advance for the humongous file size; please download or fullview to see it properly.
This cast of miscreants was chosen by putting them in an ordered list, sticking the numbers in a random number generator, and seeing who came up. Let's have a go at them, shall we?
Loki, from 2011 Thor: before anyone says anything *coughRyancough*, he was SO MUCH FUN to draw. I like a moderate challenge now and then. This is how I'm doing highlights on massive amounts of metal from now on. I like how the horns came out, even though I kinda half-assed the rest of the helmet, but I think I really need help with the face.
Velma, from Scooby Doo: Scooby-Doo was my favorite show ever in the universe for the longest time, and aside from Scooby and Shaggy, Velma was always my favorite. I never really liked Daphne in comparison; she wasn't completely useless, but Velma was so much cooler.
Yoda, from Star Wars: the wisest creature in the universe, and one of my greater mentors. Yoda is amazing. And I'm really glad I decided that I would shade it from below, or else I would have had to shade all the wrinkles on his head. I DON'T DO WRINKLES.
Sally, from Nightmare Before Christmas: Sally, your dress is a freaking acid trip in fabric. All I'm gonna say. One of my favorite movies ever; though the style is a bit hard to draw, since it's a 3D medium. Also, I seem to be incapable of drawing eyes as dots in a white space, which is what they are on Sally, so if her face looks a bit freaky here, that's why.
Zaktan, from Bionicle: was a pain in the butt to draw. I have no patience whatsoever for robotics and small parts. And yes, his standing foot is completely messed up. I only noticed when I had finished the drawing, and I was way too lazy to do it over. Also, I've noticed something: Zaktan and Loki are so similar, it's creepy. Think about it! They're both clever, cunning, and not the nicest of guys, and they must have gotten together beforehand and coordinated their outfits, because they're both rockin' the green-and-gold colour scheme, and both have huge horns that curve backwards!
Leia, from Star Wars: is totally BA, and has awesome hair. I really like this character; strong women in Sci-Fi UNITE! Her dress with the raised-leg stance was a bit interesting to figure out, but I think I did alright.
Shaggy, from Scooby Doo: this guy was always my favorite character on the show, possibly tied with Scooby. I really hated what Warner Brothers did to him in recent TV shows and movies. Ever notice that the most recent movies are the lamest? Samurai Sword and The Goblin King were both the worst Scooby-Doo movies in the History of EVER. And the new show is the most horribly disappointing thing ever. But I've already ranted about this extensively in a Journal.
Anyway, there they are, all standing up there grinning like idiots. And now I must be off and do homework and stuffz, or I'm gonna be in trouble later.
None of these guys belong to me, please rate and comment!

I like how you made Zaktan bigger then the other characters.
