Description Oh sure, in real life filling yourself with water repeatedly would probably cause ulcers, hernias, electrolytic imbalances and other unpleasant things I'm sure I'm being ignorant of, but it's my character so I say she turns to rubber and...er, retains some of the liquid. *chuckles*

Edit: Forget the technical information (and a preview, ack! darn .pngs)

I tried cell shading with this one using the pen tool in photoshop, trying to get over my fear of hard edges in shading. xD

Edit again: sorry to have to remove this temporarily, I couldn't figure out how add a preview without resubmitting it O.o;

There's nothing like a rubber tigress to make the day tolerable. Baloon shininess is something that I've still yet to capture correctly, so kudos.

Haha, my big problem with shininess was that I allways try to soften up hard edges. Now I just need to refine it a bit I guess.

Filling yourself with water repeatedly would not cause a hernia or ulcer or aynthing like that (or at least not that I'm aware of...). It would, however, disrupt certain bodily functions (mostly the execretion system IIRC), and also give you major troubles in getting to sleep.

Or course, I'm not yet done with my anatomy class, so for all you know I could just be making up all this crap, but... Meh, I'll get back to you once I ask my teacher about it (though that'll be one heck of an akward conversation...).

Heh, I was just guessing by the nature of the digestive track, a protective layer of mucous in the stomach is what protects you from ulcers, so I thought if water passes through your system that quickly(stretching the stomach and intestines in the process) it could cause an ulcer by eroding the protective membrane, and a hernia by just too much volume pushing through the system. Not like we went over it in science class, heh.

So what does it do to her? Does it make her all soft and stretchy? =3

ChineseFox In reply to Leviamicky [2006-03-11 05:04:13 +0000 UTC]

If you look at some of the older pics of her, she was allready pretty soft and stretchy, now she just looks like she's actually made out of rubber. xD

Thats so cool!

Is she? or is it just that she looks like it? ^^
