"I'm sorry. You've worked so hard for this title and I took it from you!" Raimundo sobbed into the monks shoulder. He finally realized, after turning to the dark side, that he didn't deserve this! Sure, Omi did it too, but he was hypnotized, and not himself. And he kept his word...to a villian! How was Rai able to compete with that?! He sobbed and sobbed, spewing out unreadable apologies. Omi was shocked to see his leader so....vulnerable. It choked him up. He sniffled, reutrning the tight hug. "A great Xiaolin Warrior does not become jealous of those stronger, but instead works to surpass them." He said softly. "Dude..." Raimundo chuckled. "You sound like Fung..."

Very nice take! I find it really interesting that everyone so far has interpreted Rai as being the more upset of the two. Hmm...

Oooo, maybe this takes place in the last episode. Omi gets put in a dangerous situation with the Heylin, and Raimundo saves his life. Then, after defeating the Heylin with Clay and Kimiko, Raimundo and Omi share a heartfelt moment. Raimundo gets so emotional over the fact that he just almost lost Omi, that he pulls Omi into a hug, and the feelings come out.

Considering Rai tears up when they're forced to leave him with Chase and his reaction in My Homey Omi, that is definitely possible!
That Heylin!Omi arch was painful though, in the best, most feelsy way possible...

My heart broke for him at that part. Poor Rai! And I remember that scene! Then he tried to play all cool and said, "What? I was worried." Great picture, by the way. XD
