Agreed on Pascal being a Kecleon even if Sobbles can camouflage too but their newt like and are blue..

Well, I can picture Sobble being green in color. After all we saw a Pink Butterfree, a purple Kecleon, among others.

yes plus Sobble's don't have that red zig zag still visible floor in their camouflage

How would you have a Sobble become green? Maybe some green paint got spilled on him that permanently sainted his skin?or had a spell put on him making him green?

Just thinking of Pokémon with different colors but aren't shiny Pokémon. Like Ash's Gengar in the anime, or even the Pink Butterfree.
