Hey hey, Chips is back with a drawing! After a month or so with nothing to offer!

The highlight of the drawing is Machi Tobaye, blind pianist from Borginia. Suggested by (if I recall correctly). I admit I've never drawn Machi, save for the first time I saw him, even then I only drew his unique hair. XD He's one of the characters I like in the series. He's cute, mysterious, kind (even though he did a crime, I'm fairly sure he meant good),... and cute. At first I wanted to draw him alone, but then suddenly I got an idea to put him with Lamiroir. I removed his black glasses and drew Lamiroir with closed eyes to show their true nature (which gave me the idea for the title).

I noticed that most of my drawings have 'flat', one-sized lineart. I decided to fix that and bolded the lines where appropriate, but some parts turned out messy. I painted Machi's hair with watercolour (leftover from my sister's art project lol) and added details using pencil colours. This drawing took most of my energy, I did a sloppy job at the details(such as Lami's robe's pattern thingie). Aside from that, this drawing made me realise that I actually don't know where the light source is I just shade to my heart's content. I've been working on this for hours until I developed a headache @_@

Anyway, I'm quite proud of this drawing. Even though a lot of problems occured (headache, camera ran out of batteries, etc) I've succesfully uploaded it on dA!
