Description
I want to runI want to hide
I want to tear down the walls
That hold me inside
I want to reach out
And touch the flame
Where the streets have no name
I want to feel sunlight on my face
I see the dust cloud disappear
Without a trace
I want to take shelter from the poison rain
Where the streets have no name
Where the streets have no name
Where the streets have no name
We're still building
Then burning down love
Burning down love
And when I go there
I go there with you
It's all I can do
The city's aflood
And our love turns to rust
We're beaten and blown by the wind
Trampled in dust
I'll show you a place
High on a desert plain
Where the streets have no name
Where the streets have no name
Where the streets have no name
We're still building
Then burning down love
Burning down love
And when I go there
I go there with you
It's all I can do
Our love turns to rust
We're beaten and blown by the wind
Blown by the wind
Oh, and I see love
See our love turn to rust
We're beaten and blown by the wind
Blown by the wind
Oh, when I go there
I go there with you
It's all I can do

LOL. Both you and me have posted a very similar deviation for the macro-club. Anyway, I think I like yours but why only F/1.0?

you know ... to be honest i dont know why it says f1.0 what i did is i used the reverse macro mode in which i put the lens backwards in turning it into a macro lens. the camera didnt get any f value settings since it wasnt really mounted, so i guess thats what the camera puts in as default.
heres the tutorial for the reverse macro: [link]

I tried it. The results were horrible, I guess it's because my lense is 72mm in diameter and I can't fix it on the 50D body. Holding it with my hand doesn't really help. Anyway, I'm sure it's utterly amazing with a more appropriate lense.

humm ... weird. well handholding it is really the only way unless you buy a more sophisticated addaptor. I usually work with a 50mm. The more wide angle the bigger the magnification. I can only recommend trying out more tutorials, theres plenty online, google, youtube and flickr. I do hope you find one that works, its a great technique once you figure out how it works

Very interesting! I love the textures, they give this a very gritty, grungy feel.

I actually like the fact that the focus is not on the water droplets, it adds more mystery and is a pleasant break from the norm
