It's actually pretty easy though, but now I just group frames of images together as a gif on photoshop elements nowadays. I used to use iaza or something, but it's sorta different and a little confusing for me to use now. But anyways you should try to give it a shot. ^^

You can use PS elements for animations? *never bothered using it for drawing after a few tries with the lasso tool* All I use it for is text. ;_;

I've only used iaza for the Chibiterasu one I did. It was a bit weird, but I think I get the process for it. ^^`

Yes you can ^^ I think you just need to have the frames in different layers and just save it as "save for web" under the file dropdown area and you can edit the settings for it there.

Ooh I see o: I really like your Chibiterasu icon It's well done! I think what else I remember from iaza was that it also sort of messed up the fps I intended the file to have and it was sort of a hassle to organize the individual images together.

OH! I never think of things like that. Like...you can animate in Gimp using that method...but I figured, "why not just use iaza?", and avoided doing that. x.x

Yeah...you have to get the timing setup, and upload every file into a segment individually.

adslkfasdlfjl;kj, My brains all sludge at the end of the day. But Blinking icons are pretty easy to do ^^ For me i just end mixing both the frames and speed of the gif together (if that makes sense xD I'm sorry for my terrible explanation tonight OTL)
