Looks awesome, I like the "subsurface scattering" going on with the eyes and mouth. The part I think could be improved is the glowy smoke coming off the finger nails (fire-nails?), I think it needs some kind of texture brush. It looks like you blurred it in stages to keep it soft which is great. Sometimes what I do is use the smudge tool with a splatter-style texture brush to "rough up" something I've already painted with default brushes (or blurred in this case). If you use it sparingly it can give it a "painted" look, or if you smudge a lot it's handy for quick hair or grass.

I really liked the effects of light, and I found very interesting the light coming from inside the body! The anatomy of the face is also very good as is the painting in general! I also really liked the effects in the bubbles as well as the hair, the hair painting is simple, but this simplicity turned out really good!
Overall, this drawing is really amazing!

First off oh my g OD the eyes. As a fan of glowey eyes, I cannot believe I never thought of the subsurface scattering of the light inside the skull. I feel my life has been changed.
I absolutely love the face, as in the bone structure, its stunning and sharp and just gorgeous looking, and I like how the hair looks flowey and nice and its out of the way of the face, it makes the expression pop out so much!.
I also love the technique, from afar it looks amazing, up close I'm stunned by seeing all the brushstrokes, they're sharp and visible from close up but look smooth and natural from afar. I am shook.

In Summary: I want to hang this on my wall, I love it.
