I like that it seem to be more "expressive" than realistic. It has an beauty in this. And mix of colors is so appealing, so soft and in my opinion suit Fluttershy character so much. And her eyes are strong and hypnotizing, and that thing that people forget. THE STARE. Eyes that make Discord try to suit in Equestria, 'ya know he is god of chaos. This this this is simply beautiful its smoothness its flow the overly dramatic hair and pedals flowing in the wind. On top of that the small sketchy wings ( that is simply unrealistic ) , the dress with the uncommon blur on the band .
Now for an unwelcome approach , the gleam is too much and the hair seems to turn a bit bl00. As well the fact the gleam ( shine ) on the shoulder and top of hair looks a little rainy but the lack of clouds proves this wrong . So since this is a more sincere picture it should look brighter sorry but the mind is a tricky thing . Then again that effect will be more helpful in the future .
