This is a Spiritus Oris bab I designed a while back! I really like to go crazy with pushing the limits of certain traits and I wanted a design that was sort of out there. I did something similar with a Novatt design a while back. Basically an aquatic lower half and hands/arms that are not quite functional.

This bab isn't quite all there in the head due to all the spirits that have latched onto him and mutated his body. He is also an accidental klepto so to speak. Whenever out and about things can stick to his suction cups really easily! His spirits are also always whispering or chattering about, encouraging mayhem.
