For this painting I used crayola water colors and prisma water colors. I also used prisma manga markers for the line art and a white gel pen for highlights ^^

Out of all the shippings some amatuers have tried to make cannon. I will only make this one cannon with my series since the have perfect chemistry.

I don't know if there is a story specifically but the creators have made art and made statements about it before.
Kastoway is the creator of Ticci-Toby and Luciiid created Clockwork. They were/are friends who created the characters and ended up making them canonly shipped together.
Here is a painting by Kastoway that depicts the two characters together. The description mentions that they are a ship.
I wouldn't bother Kastoway or Luciiid about the characters though as both have them left the fandom and sort of abandoned the characters due to the fact that a lot of the fans of the characters were disrespecting the creators in more ways than one. They didn't want to deal with drama and harassment anymore, understandably so. The creepypasta fandom has an awful habit of being nasty to the creators of the characters they claim to love. The same thing has happened again with another talented artist who created a creepypasta character that was getting rather popular. They have left the fandom and abandoned their character as well now. It's really sad.
