It started as a sketch but turned into a little water color painting ^^Flandre Scarlet from the game Touhou created by ZUN.

Flan seems pissed to be dripping happiness from her wings in the form of a rainbow! ^w^
oh and the floral design on flan's clothes reminds me of how youve done your eyes before, its a nice touch.
