Yes I know everyone and their grandma has drawn Metalman in some sort of badass-y pose but oh well this was fun to do. >:C If partially because I didn't have to colour the sketch in hurr hurr hurrThe background texture is actually made up of two photos I took and was mostly an experiment. My stepdad's a builder and he's currently rebuilding my brother's room, so I went in there the other day and took a bunch of piccies of various wall textures 'n' whatnot because they seemed like they'd be interesting to work with. This particular background is a combination of a photo of a random cracked wall and a closeup of a mucky stepladder.
Anyways enjoy the horrible scribbly sketchy blob that vaguely resembles Metalman.

I suppose the fact that I'm actually into the series now probably helps. xD When I drew the older picture I wasn't really interested in it and I purposely drew them all closeup because I couldn't be bothered to draw the rest of their bodies

You can get some interesting backgrounds from combining photos of random things. I might add a little "how I did eet" thing to the description at some point.
