Description
This started as just Defense point chopper... then I added the odd mouth that makes it slightly humorous (you come up with what he's saying... it could be anything).

then I drew Stick-Chopper, and I must admit that drawing chopper's hat as lines was the best part of it, since his "X" on his hat always gives me trouble... -_-;

and finally I made his little hoof holding his rumble-ball that the slightly cheesy title of this pic came from.
