The dress is beautiful. The folds and wrinkles look so natural, and the hair and wings are also beautiful. Everything is so smooth and consistent in this drawing =]
The background must have taken such a long time to do.. but the thing I really like about it is that you did a background like that without making the figure look like it's floating.
