yep all pen and marker. I had a drawing that was frustrating me .... So I killed it with a sharpie .... Then brought back some details. You can see the orig. here it is the last    Image on the post.

wow wonderful  eh u have a great work really i apreciate  more when someone draw only with pen u have to deal with mistakes frustrating its very hard , in my case i start over and over again when i do a mistake . the transformation of ur draw is very crazy  i would print and put in my wall
